Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses
A golf-adjacent spa hotel in the gardens of Hay Riad
About this stay
The Sofitel sits in Hay Riad's garden district, close enough to the Royal Dar Es Salam course that golf appears directly on its amenity list rather than as an afterthought. The outdoor pool and hot tub cover the hours off the fairway, while the spa wing gives guests a reason to stay on the grounds rather than driving into central Rabat for the evening. Some rooms come with kitchens, useful for longer stays, and a business center covers work travelers extending a trip. Free parking suits guests renting a car for the daily run to the course, with airport shuttle service for those flying in instead.
- Golf access
- Pool and hot tub
- Spa wing
- Free parking
Our take
Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses suits travellers who want a luxurious, tranquil stay with a spa, a pool and gourmet dining. Couples will find the setting romantic and the service excellent, while families get spacious accommodation and a range of facilities. The garden-focused calm sits a little apart from the centre of the city, but the proximity to the Royal Palace is a real advantage.
- Confirm your tee time at Dar Es Salam directly with the course, since the hotel lists golf access but does not manage bookings itself.
- Request a kitchen-equipped room if staying more than a few nights, since not every category includes one.
- Use the free parking for the daily drive to the course rather than relying on taxis for repeat trips.
Why we love it
- Golf access listed directly among amenities
- Outdoor pool with hot tub
- Kitchen-equipped rooms available
- Business center for work travelers
Why guests love itSofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses stands out on my shortlist for its outdoor pool, hot tub and spa wing, with kitchen-equipped rooms that make longer family stays easier. Free parking and an airport shuttle simplify arrival, and a business centre suits working parents. It sits in Hay Riad close to the Dar Es Salam golf domain. Guest ratings are strong, and I would confirm family room details directly before booking.
