Conviene a familias que quieren una propuesta realmente completa en el alojamiento, con piscina, gimnasio, spa y restaurante en un solo lugar, sin desplazarse entre sitios distintos. La barbacoa y la zona de pícnic dan flexibilidad en una estancia larga con niños. Quien busque el carácter de la medina o la cercanía a las murallas debería mirar en otro lugar, porque este alojamiento queda a un trayecto en coche del centro y prioriza la comodidad autosuficiente.
