يناسب هذا العنوان العائلات والأزواج الذين يريدون فيلا من فئة أربع نجوم بمسبح وأجواء مغربية تقليدية حقيقية، بدل فندق حديث بالكامل على الطريق الساحلي. وتُعدّ مسافة خمسة كيلومترات إلى المطار ميزة حقيقية يوم الوصول مع أطفال صغار أو أمتعة ثقيلة. أما من يريد الإقامة داخل المدينة العتيقة للتنقل فيها مشيًا كل يوم فالأفضل أن يختار رياضًا، لأن فيلا أمّا تقع بوضوح في جهة الطريق الساحلي من المدينة.
